6. Step-Ups


Simply place one foot on a platform, step bench, or the lowest step on a staircase. Maintain the level of your pelvis. Then bend your knee and slowly lower the opposite foot to the floor. Touch your toe to the floor lightly and then rise back up. Repeat this procedure 10-15 times and then switch legs. If you found this too easy, then use a higher step or you can touch your heel instead of your toe.

7. Wall Squats

You need to keep your feet on the floor for this (about shoulder-width apart) and need to stand with your back against a wall. Next, bend your knees slowly and adjust your back and pelvis against the wall (like a sitting position). Stay in this position for 5-10 seconds. Also, keep in mind not to bend too much or too deeply.
